Vision

Recently, Trigger embarked on a transformative project with The LINK Education Trust. A newly established multi-academy trust based in Salford. With a focus on connectivity and inclusivity, the client aimed to create distinctive Trust branding. Resonating with its mission and core values of Learning, Inclusion, Nurture, and Knowledge (LINK).

Solution

The project covered a variety of Trust branding solutions. With logo design at the forefront, we conveyed the values of Learning, Inclusion, Nurture, and Knowledge. Emphasising professionalism, innovation, and collaboration, the branding aimed to engage a diverse audience within the education sector. In response to the client’s desire to represent their values, Trigger developed a concept that seamlessly integrated Learning, Inclusion, Nurture, and Knowledge. The chosen concept symbolised unity through interconnected petals forming a circle, embodying the trust’s commitment to collaboration and inclusivity. Complemented by a pastel rainbow palette, the design exuded warmth and inclusiveness. The selected concept underwent meticulous execution, featuring seven petals, each representing a colour of the rainbow. This not only added vibrancy to the design but also symbolised diversity and inclusivity. Clean sans serif typography was used to convey modernity and professionalism, while the circular arrangement of petals formed a visually striking emblem, representing the strength derived from collaboration and unity within the trust. Trigger collaborated closely with the client to ensure seamless implementation of the Trust branding across various touch-points. From stationery and digital assets to signage and promotional materials, meticulous attention was paid to maintaining brand consistency and integrity, while effectively communicating the trust’s values.

Results

The Trust branding initiative culminated in the creation of a distinctive visual identity for The LINK Education Trust that authentically represents its values of Learning, Inclusion, Nurture, and Knowledge. By effectively conveying these values, the new brand positioned the Trust as a forward-thinking institution committed to excellence in education.
