We started by holding an in-depth consultation with the school to fully understand its values, needs and stakeholder expectations. We conducted a review of the existing website to identify areas needing improvement. This phase allowed us to create a clear site map, user flow, and content strategy to guide the project’s development. Our design team developed a vibrant aesthetic that aligned with the school’s identity, we ensured the layout was clean and inviting, while prioritising the visibility of key information. The new site was built using our custom CMS, specifically designed for educational institutions. This bespoke platform gives school staff the ability to manage and update content easily, without requiring technical knowledge. The TriggerCMS interface is intuitive and flexible, tailored to the school’s particular needs.

From the project outset, we recognised that Summerville Primary School would benefit from a refreshed set of photography, not only to complement the new website design but also to use across all of their marketing materials. By scheduling a full day of on-site photography, our team captured vibrant and authentic images of pupils, staff, and the school environment. These custom images provide an up-to-date and accurate vision of the school, ensuring a consistent and professional look across both the website and future promotional content. Before the site went live, we rigorously tested it across multiple devices and browsers to ensure it performed smoothly and loaded quickly.
