Solution

Trigger decided to maintain the crest from the old logo within the new design routes. So that any instances of the old version of the logo would still seamlessly tie-in with the new brand. The school’s main colour was navy blue, this was used widely around school and for the uniform, so the school needed to keep this, but really wanted a change as well. Whilst navy blue looks professional and smart, it can be very dark used on it’s own. So Trigger created a range of secondary colours also used within the logo, which could be carried through the school and its new website. These colours brighten not only the school identity but the school environment as a whole. We developed a number of design options which were presented to the school for consideration. Pupils, staff and parents then cast their the votes for their favourite design.
