Hazel Grove Primary School in Stockport, approached Trigger Education requiring a complete overhaul of their school branding and primary school website design. Inspired by the vivid rainbow colours of their original logo, we created a selection of fresh new logo options for the school. The new logo options focused on the hazel tree aspect of the school’s name. The selection process was a collaboration with the pupils of the school. And the resulting choice was a bright, colourful, and fresh logo. The new design incorporates brightly coloured elements that are inspired by the school values, symbolising a hazel tree grove. The design of the new vibrant branding was continued through to their primary school website design to create synergy and brand strength.
A focus of the website design was new school photography. Therefore as part of the design, a large open header area creates a stunning photographic display. With each page able to display multiple header images. Furthermore cameo images are also a featured across the site ensuring every page is visually impactful. The new brand sits pride of place over the header images, strengthened by the use of the bright, vivid rainbow colours within the website design. Another focus of the website restructure was accessibility. Consequently, the new, clean design creates an effortless user experience. The responsive nature of the website further enhances this. Therefore meaning all information is clear and accessible across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
In conclusion, the end result of this exciting project for Hazel Grove Primary School, is a stunning new website which features all new fresh branding.
